These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UPI Alert App ("Application"), developed and operated by Alnico Tech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Application.
UPI Alert is a utility application designed to provide sound alerts and related notifications based on payment notifications received on a user's device.
The Application does not itself provide banking, payment processing, UPI account, or financial transaction services.
You must have the legal capacity to use the Application and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you use the Application on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Certain features may require notification access or other device permissions.
You authorize the Application to process relevant notification information only to provide features such as payment detection and sound alerts.
You may revoke permissions through your device settings. Disabling required permissions may affect Application functionality.
The Application relies on notifications and information provided by the device, payment applications, banks, or other third-party services.
We do not guarantee that every transaction will be detected or that every alert will be generated accurately or without delay.
Users should always verify important payment information directly through their bank, UPI application, or other official payment service.

We may suspend or restrict access where misuse or violation of these Terms is identified.
The Application may work with or depend on third-party applications, payment services, banks, operating systems, or other services.
We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or policies.
Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Certain features may be offered through paid subscriptions or premium plans.

The Application, including its software, design, branding, graphics, features, and technology, is owned by Alnico Tech Private Limited or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Application without prior written permission.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information and device permissions are handled.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Application operational. However, we do not guarantee that the Application will always be:

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You should not rely solely on the Application's sound alerts or notifications as confirmation of a payment. Always verify transactions through your official bank or payment provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alnico Tech Private Limited, its directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
This includes losses resulting from missed alerts, incorrect alerts, delayed notifications, device issues, network failures, or third-party service interruptions.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Application if you violate these Terms, misuse the Application, create security risks, or where termination is required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms may be published within the Application or on our website.
Continued use of the Application after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
Any disputes relating to these Terms or the Application shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
